Comba Telecom Systems Holdings Limited announced that between Oct, 02 2025 and Oct, 28 2025 it issued an aggregate 1,612,000 new shares following the exercise of options granted under its June 03 2013 share option scheme.

The newly issued shares, arising from 17 separate option exercises (including 200,000 shares taken up by a director on Oct, 28 2025), were all priced at 2.03 per share.

As a result, the company’s issued share capital rose to 3,131,344,722 shares from 3,129,732,722 shares, representing an increase of approximately 0.05%.

No treasury shares were held or cancelled during the period, and the board confirmed that all regulatory requirements for the share issuances were met.
