PUBLIC FIN HOLD (00626) announced that Zheng Guoqian has tendered his resignation as a Non-Executive Director of the company, effective January 1, 2026, due to retirement. On the same date, Zheng Guoqian will also resign from his positions as a Non-Executive Director of the company's principal subsidiaries, Public Bank (Hong Kong) Limited and Public Finance Limited. Consequently, he will no longer serve as a member and the chairman of the respective Executive Committees of the Boards of Public Bank (Hong Kong) and Public Finance, a member of the Risk Management Committee of Public Bank (Hong Kong), and a member of the Banking Culture and Sustainable Development Committees of both subsidiaries.
