OmniVision Integrated Circuits Group, Inc. (Stock Code: 00501; OMNIVISION) reported an increase in its H-share authorized share capital from 45.80 million shares to 50.74 million shares in February 2026. Its A-share authorized share capital rose from 1.21 billion shares to 1.21 billion shares, bringing the total authorized share capital to 1.26 billion shares. The company confirmed that its H-share public float requirement was met, with a 4.02% public float representing an approximate market value of HK$5.57 billion.

Within the A-share segment, 192,256 new A shares were issued through the exercise of share options. Additionally, six new A shares were issued following the partial conversion of existing convertible bonds. The final number of A shares outstanding reached 1.21 billion as of 28 February 2026.
