China Everbright Water Limited (CEB Water) has disclosed the outcome of the noteholder resale option attached to its 2023 third-tranche medium-term notes (MTNs), code “23光大水務MTN003”.

Key figures • Resale window: 4–10 August 2026 • Resale price: RMB100 per RMB100 face value (par) • Exercise date: 23 August 2026 (next business day if a holiday) • Aggregate principal resold: RMB3.9 units of RMB100 million, equivalent to RMB0.39 billion • Aggregate principal not resold: RMB6.1 units of RMB100 million, equivalent to RMB0.61 billion • Coupon on notes not resold: 1.76%
