7Road completes HKD 3.71 million share buy-back in April; 5.12 million shares cancelled pending, equal to 0.19% of share capital

7Road Holdings Limited disclosed that it repurchased a cumulative 5.12 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange between 8 April and 30 April 2026. All the bought-back shares are earmarked for cancellation and had not yet been cancelled as at 30 April 2026.

Mandate utilisation • The current shareholder mandate, granted on 20 May 2025, authorises the company to buy back up to 275.32 million shares. • Cumulative repurchases under this mandate total 5.12 million shares, representing 1.86% of the authorised limit, leaving capacity for a further 270.20 million shares if the company chooses to continue.

Regulatory timeline • In line with Hong Kong Listing Rules, 7Road is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues following the latest buy-back, extending to 30 May 2026.

All repurchases were executed on-market and, according to the company’s confirmation, complied with all relevant listing rules and regulatory requirements.
