Frontier Services Posts Stable Share Capital and Confirms Adequate Public Float in April 2026 Update

Frontier Services Group Limited reported no changes in either its authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 30 April 2026, according to the company’s latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

Authorised and Issued Capital • Authorised share capital remained at 6.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 600.00 million. • Issued share capital stood unchanged at 2.40 billion ordinary shares, while the company continued to hold zero treasury shares.

Public Float Compliance Frontier Services confirmed full compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public float requirement as of 30 April 2026.

Equity Incentive Schemes • Share option pool: 24.03 million shares were available for future grant under the option scheme approved on 28 June 2023. No options were granted, exercised, or lapsed during the month. • No warrants, share awards, or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding or transacted in April.

Convertible Instruments • HKD 116.25 million in preference shares issued by wholly owned subsidiary DVN (Group) Limited remained outstanding. • These securities are convertible at HKD 3.40 per share and, if fully converted, could result in the issuance of up to 34.19 million new ordinary shares. • No conversions occurred in April 2026.

Overall Share Movement The company recorded zero increases or decreases in both issued shares and treasury shares during the reporting period.

Corporate Governance The filing was authorised by Company Secretary Mr Jason Chan Kam Kwan on 4 May 2026, reaffirming adherence to exchange disclosure requirements.
