SILKWAVE INC (00471) announced that the board has resolved to remove Wilson Wai as the company secretary, effective from October 30, 2025. Wai will also cease to serve as the authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules on the same date. Kwong Chun-chung will be appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative to replace Wai, effective from October 30, 2025.
