STREAM IDEAS (08401) announced that Mr. Fan Dewei has resigned as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective December 19, 2025, to pursue other business opportunities. Mr. Yao Junrong (formerly known as Mr. Yao Jiawei), aged 43, has been appointed as the company's Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from the same date.

The Board also announced that, starting December 19, 2025: (1) Mr. Fan will no longer serve as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee or as a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee. (2) Mr. Yao has been appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and as a member of both the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee.
