Eagle Nice (02368) has announced its financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. The group achieved revenue of HK$5.02 billion, marking a 4.41% increase year-over-year. Profit attributable to the company's owners was HK$174 million, representing a 20.1% decrease compared to the previous year. Earnings per share were 30.2 HK cents, and the board has proposed a final dividend of 2 HK cents per share.

During the review period, the group's new production base in Long An Province, Vietnam, which was acquired last year, has become fully operational. Additionally, the first phase of the new factory in Bandung, Indonesia, commenced operations in the fourth quarter of 2025. These factors contributed to the group's total sales reaching a new historical high of HK$5.02 billion (2025: HK$4.8079 billion), an increase of HK$212 million, or 4.4%.

However, this sales growth did not translate into higher profits. The group's operating costs rose significantly due to multiple factors, including the impact of U.S. tariff policies, a substantial appreciation of the Renminbi during the year, and increased investment in developing new clients and the premium product consumer market in response to the economic downturn.
