Manulife US Real Estate Investment Trust announced that its annual general meeting will be held in a fully physical format at the Stephen Riady Auditorium @ NTUC, One Marina Boulevard, Singapore, on Apr, 29 2026 at 2:30 p.m. Singapore time.

Printed copies of the notice of meeting and proxy form will be mailed to unitholders, while electronic versions are available on the trust’s website and the SGX website. There will be no option for online participation.

Key deadlines include: Apr, 20 2026 (5:00 p.m.) for SRS investors to submit voting instructions; Apr, 21 2026 (2:30 p.m.) for unitholders to submit questions in advance; and Apr, 26 2026 (2:30 p.m.) for submission of proxy forms.

The annual report and sustainability report for the financial year ended Dec, 31 2025 are now accessible on the trust’s website and SGXNet.

Unitholders holding units through intermediaries are advised to contact their service providers promptly to arrange voting instructions. Further updates will be posted on the trust’s website and SGXNet if necessary.
