Regal Partners: Subsidiary Zhejiang Premier Furniture Faces Bankruptcy Liquidation Petition; Group Sees No Material Impact Post-Relocation

Regal Partners Holdings Limited (Regal Partners) reported that on 28 July 2026 its wholly owned indirect subsidiary, Zhejiang Premier Furniture Manufacture Ltd. (Premier Furniture Manufacture), received a notice from the People’s Court of Haining City regarding an application for bankruptcy liquidation filed by creditor Jiaxing Natali Trading Co., Ltd.

Premier Furniture Manufacture, incorporated in the People’s Republic of China, has been non-operational since October 2025. The application alleges the subsidiary’s inability to settle outstanding debts.

Regal Partners completed a strategic migration of its core production base from the PRC to Cambodia in 2024. Management states that the potential liquidation of Premier Furniture Manufacture is not expected to have a material adverse impact on the Group’s overall operations, as production is now concentrated in Cambodia.

The Company has appointed PRC legal advisers to manage the court proceedings and will release further updates in accordance with the Securities and Futures Ordinance and Hong Kong Listing Rules.

Stakeholders are urged to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s shares.
