Conference Call and Webcast Moved Up to 8:00 a.m. Eastern on Friday, February 26

(“Recro”; NASD: REPH), a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) dedicated to solving complex formulation and manufacturing challenges for companies developing oral solid dose drug products, today announced that it moved up the time of its previously announced quarterly earnings release and conference call.   The company will now report its financial results for the fourth quarter and year-end 2020 prior to the opening of the market on Friday, February 26, 2021, as opposed to post-market on that day. Recro’s management team will then host a conference call and audio webcast at 8:00 a.m. ET on Friday, February 26, 2021 to discuss the financial results and recent operational highlights.
