10:45 ET - Coca-Cola says carbonated soft-drink sales were flat in 4Q, due in large part to its withdrawal from Russia, but one outlier was Coca-Cola Zero Sugar. Introduced in 2005 and reformulated in 2021, Coke Zero's sales grew 9% during the quarter, driven by strength in developed, developing and emerging markets. Meanwhile, sales of traditional Coke were even with the year-ago quarter. Shares rise 1.5% to $65.73. (dean.seal@wsj.com)
