(NASDAQ: KRNLU, KRNL, KRNLW) (“KRNL” or the “Company”), a special purpose acquisition company, announced today that it has elected to extend the period of time it has to consummate its initial business combination by one month from May 5, 2024 to June 5, 2024 (the “Extension”). The Extension is the fourth of six-monthly extensions permitted under the Company’s governing documents.
