Antilles Gold Consolidates Cuban Concessions Within JV Company

Antilles Gold (ASX:AAU) said the mineral concessions in Cuba it has an interest in were consolidated within the existing 50/50 joint venture company, Minera La Victoria.

These include the Nueva Sabana/El Pilar, La Demajagua, La Christina concessions and the Vega Grande and San Nicholas reconnaissance licenses, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

"Minera La Victoria is now structured in a manner that will enable it to achieve the objective of progressively emerging as a substantial mining company in Cuba," the company said.
