Armada Metals Completes Due Diligence on Midwest Lithium Acquisition
Armada Metals (ASX:AMM) completed due diligence in relation to the acquisition of a 100% stake in Midwest Lithium, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The transaction still remains subject to completion of various conditions, including execution of long form documents and approval by Armada shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting, the filing said.
