Second Chance Properties (SGX:528) has appointed Zico Capital as its independent financial adviser to guide its independent directors on the voluntary unconditional cash offer by Final Chance, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The independent financial adviser will assess the offer and provide recommendations in the offeree circular, expected within 14 days of the offer document's dispatch.
