Armada Acquisition Corp. I (AACI) said Friday its shareholders approved the merger with Rezolve AI.

The combined company will operate as Rezolve AI and trade on Nasdaq under the ticker RZLV, Armada said.

The merger remains subject to other closing conditions, blank-check company Armada said.
