Altech Batteries Extends Closing Date of AU$8.5 Million Offer Anew; Shares Down 3%

Altech Batteries (ASX:ATC) further extended the closing date of its AU$8.5 million entitlement offer to Sept. 10 from Sept. 3, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian Securities Exchange.

New securities under the offer will now be issued on Sept. 17 and be quoted on the ASX on the following day.

The specialty battery technology company's shares were down nearly 3% in recent trade.
