Dragon Group International (SGX:MT1) said it will be delisted from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading on Sept. 9 at 9 am, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The company received the delisting notification from the SGX RegCo on Aug. 23.
