Ateam's Attributable Profit Soars 565% in Fiscal 2024
Ateam's (TYO:3662) profit attributable to owners of the parent soared 565.1% to 953 million yen in the fiscal year ended July 31, from 143 million yen a year ago mainly due to the gain of transfer of Lalune Business.
The game developer said basic earnings per share (EPS) rose to 51.36 yen from 7.73 yen a year ago, according to last Friday's filing.
Revenue slipped 13.2% to 23.9 billion yen from 27.5 billion yen a year earlier.
The company forecasted attributable profit to fall 41.3% to 560 million yen or 30.17 yen per share and revenue to gain 4.5% to 25 billion yen for the fiscal year ending July 31, 2025.
It declared a final dividend of 22 yen per share for fiscal 2024, payable from Oct. 9.
The company expects to pay a year-end dividend of 22 yen per share for the current fiscal year.
