Shenzhen AOTO Electronics Completes Registration of Thai Subsidiary
LED displays and control systems manufacturer Shenzhen AOTO Electronics (SHE:002587) completed the registration of a Thai subsidiary with a registered capital of 4 million Thai baht.
Aoto Electronics (Thailand) will engage in the research and development and design of electronic products, as well as the import and export of LED display screens and related accessories, according to a Saturday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The establishment of the Thai subsidiary will help promote the company's internationalization process, accelerate the construction of a marketing service center in Southeast Asia and further promote the sustained growth of overseas business, the company said.
Shenzhen AOTO Electronics shares closed 2% lower Monday.
