Shandong Hi-speed (SHA:600350) issued ultra-short-term bonds worth 1 billion yuan, the company's fourth tranche of such bonds for the year, according to a Friday disclosure on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The bonds have a 2.04% issuance rate and will mature March 7, 2025.
Bank of Beijing (SHA:601169) served as the bookkeeper and lead underwriter for the issuance, the Chinese construction company said.
Shares of the company rose more than 1% in recent trade.
