Fukuoka REIT (TYO:8968) has completed the acquisition of 7,600 investment units from its asset management company, Fukuoka Realty, a Tuesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The total value of the acquisition is 1.07 billion yen. This purchase was part of a public offering and a secondary offering resolved on Aug.28 and Sept. 4.

Fukuoka Realty will hold these units as a commitment to Fukuoka REIT's growth and will lend 3,600 units to SMBC Nikko Securities for the secondary offering.
