Good Com Asset Posts 79% Gain in Profit; Shares Down 11%
Good Com Asset (TYO:3475), a real estate company, reported a profit attributable to owners of 1.62 billion yen for the nine months ended July 31, up 79.3% from the previous year, according to a Thursday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Earnings per share (EPS) rose to 56.18 yen from 31.35 yen a year earlier. Net sales surged 136.2% to 33.99 billion yen.
For the full fiscal year ending Oct. 31, 2024, the company forecasts a net profit attributable to owners of 3.25 billion yen, EPS of 112.72 yen, and net sales of 71.33 billion yen.
Good Com Asset has forecasted a year-end dividend of 36 yen per share. Shares of the company were down 11% in recent trade.
