Celsius Resources (ASX:CLA) has entered binding financing agreements with Hong Kong-based investor Patras Capital to place 120 million shares to raise AU$1.5 million and an up to AU$10 million committed equity facility, according to a Monday filing to the Australian bourse.

The financing will give the copper-gold explorer funding to advance its project portfolio, including the Sagay and Botilao projects in the Philippines, the filing stated.

Company shares fell 8% in recent trade.
