UOB Asset Management, which manages the UOB APAC Green REIT ETF (SGX:GRN), declared a dividend distribution of SG$0.01529 per unit, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

This dividend will be paid out of capital and is non-taxable for unitholders.

The key dates for this distribution are as follows: the ex-dividend date is Sept. 20, the record date is Sept. 23, and the payment date is Sept. 30. The dividend will be credited directly to unitholders' bank accounts.
