Hong Leong Finance (SGX:S41) granted 2,793,000 options at a market price of SG$2.45 per option, pursuant to the share option scheme, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Tuesday.

Of the total, 122,500 options were granted to managing director Kwek Leng Beng.

Up to 33% of the shares will vest one year after the date of grant, up to 66% of the shares will vest two years after the date of the grant and up to 100% of the shares will vest three years after the grant.
