Casa Holdings (SGX:C04) completed the disposal of 74,889,900 shares held in Fiamma Holdings to Lau Kim San, Teo Lay Ban, Low Peng Sian and Por Teong Eng for a total consideration of 84.6 million ringgit, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Thursday.

The shares represent 14.12% of the total issued and paid up share capital of Fianma Holdings.

Shares of the investment holding company surged over 11% in recent trading.
