Lum Chang's (SGX:L19) subsidiary, Lum Chang Interior secured a contract to provide retrofitting work worth SG$26.9 million at a community hospital in Bedok, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Monday.

The contract period is for six months with work slated to commence later in September.

The new contract brings the company's outstanding value of construction works yet to be reported as revenue to SG$177.3 million.
