Real estate developer Casagrand Premier Builder has filed a draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for its proposed initialpublic offering, according to a recent filing to the BSE.
The IPO will include a fresh issue of shares of up to 10 billion Indian rupees and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 1 billion rupees by promoter selling shareholders.
