On the morning of September 25, BYD‘s Denza Auto unveiled the official images of its latest flagship SUV model, the Denza N9. Although the full silhouette of the new vehicle was not completely revealed, the car cover featured various keywords that hinted at some of its characteristics.
Zhao Changjiang, General Manager of Denza’s Sales Division, maintained his bold style by sharing Denza Auto’s teaser Weibo post, stating, “I’ve been urged for updates, and today it has finally arrived! I want to clarify two points: first, the Denza N9 is nearly 5.3 meters long; second, it will feature Yisanfang technology, which has undergone rigorous testing and is an SUV that competitors won’t be able to catch up with in five years.”
In February, Zhao Changjiang revealed in response to a netizen’s comment that the new car would feature a sofa, large TV, refrigerator, and aviation seats. When a user expressed hopes that the new model would surpass the space and intelligence of the Li L9 and AITO M9, Zhao boldly stated, “Our product strength will definitely be superior to these two.” He also mentioned that the Denza N9 would exceed 5.2 meters in length and that the front design would not include the “mustache” style headlights seen on the Denza N7 and N8.
