Biolidics (SGX:8YY) has received the listing and quotation notice from the Singapore Exchange to list and quote 946 million new shares, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
This includes 452 million shares to shareholders Yuan Zhijun and Wu Kunwei, 407 million subscription shares to Zhu Hua, 76 million sign on shares to Chen Lu, and 11 million to Icon Law LLC.
The company must place out these shares within seven market days.
