CapitaLand China Trust Issues 16 Million Units to Manager as Fee; Shares Climb 3%

CapitaLand China Trust (SGX:AU8U) issued 16,010,485 units to its manager at an issue price of SG$0.9326 per unit as base and performance component of the manager's management fee, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Friday.

Of the total, 6,479,178 units were issued as partial payment of the base component of management fee while 9,531,307 units were issued as payment of the performance component of the management fee.

Shares of the trust were up nearly 3% in recent trading.
