NSL (SGX:N02) deregistered its indirect wholly owned Australian subsidiary, Parmarine, on Aug. 21, according to a disclosure with the Singapore bourse on Wednesday.
The voluntary deregistration is not expected to impact the company's financials for the year ending Dec. 31.
