Antengene (HKG:6996) granted 15,220,000 share options to 77 grantees on Wednesday under its 2020 equity incentive plan, a same-day filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The grant included 12,950,000 share options to 72 employees, 1,670,000 share options to two executive directors, and 600,000 share options to three independent non-executive directors.

The share options will be satisfied through either the shares already issued and allotted to the trustee of the plan or by new shares. The company will still have 52,268,874 shares available for future grants under the plan's mandate limit after the current grant.
