Energy firm TrickleStar (SGX:CYW) said Gunananthan Nithyanantham will resign as executive director and chief operating officer effective Dec 31, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

He will be re-designated as a non-executive non-independent director starting Jan. 1, 2025.
