MOG Digitech (HKG:1942) has raised net proceeds of HK$81.3 million from the placing of 155,230,000 shares to six or more investors at HK$0.53 apiece, a Thursday bourse filing said.

The shares represent roughly 17% of the fintech solutions provider's enlarged issued share capital.

The company will use proceeds from the issue for the expansion and development of its insurance and financial technology-related business wings, as well as for general working capital and general corporate purposes.
