Ju Teng International's (HKG:3336) subsidiary Ju Teng Vietnam purchased certain equipment and facilities for use at the group's production plants in Vietnam from Kunshan Fulishun Environmental Technology for $8.1 million, a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange said.
The acquisitions, executed between April and October, were financed using the group's internal resources.
Shares of the notebook computers' casings manufacturer closed nearly 3% lower on Tuesday.
