Metech International Enters into Interest Free Loan Agreement with General Manager of Subsidiary

Metech International (SGX:V3M) entered into an interest free loan agreement for an amount of SG$3.0 million with the general manager of one of its subsidiaries, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.

This is the second loan agreement between Cao Shixuan and the company. Earlier, the two had entered into an agreement on an interest free loan agreement worth SG$1.0 million.

The company intends to utilize the loan for business diversification and for its general corporate and working capital needs.
