Cobram Estate Olives (ASX:CBO) Joint-Chief Financial Officer Trenton Gallagher has resigned, effective Oct. 10, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.

Gallagher was in charge of the company's US operations.

Meanwhile, Cobram Estate Olives appointed Anabel Godino as group CFO. Godino previously shared the joint CFO post with Gallagher, with a focus on Australian operations.

The vertically integrated olive farmer and olive oil retailer's shares were up nearly 4% in recent trade.
