Metarock Group (ASX:MYE) Executive Chair Jon Romcke will step down as the company right-sizes its operations and management team after selling its underground metals business Pybar to Thiess in May, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Peter Barker, non-executive director and chair of the audit and risk sub-committee, will succeed Romcke as interim chair going forward, the filing stated.
