Silver Mines (ASX:SVL) has sought advice on the status of the Bowdens Development Application after the New South Wales Court of Appeal set aside development consent by the Independent Planning Commission, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The advice suggests the application remains "alive and on foot" and has not been finally determined, the filing stated.
Silver Mines is working to get reinstatement of the consent to satisfy the court's concerns, according to the filing.
