City Developments (SGX:C09) has sold 292 units from its Norwood Grand project at an average selling price of SG$2,067 per square foot, according to a company release on Sunday.

The sold units represent 84% of the 284-unit project, the release said.

About 99.7% of the homebuyers are either Singaporeans or permanent residents from China, India and Malaysia.

Norwood Grand offers one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom and four-bedroom apartments.

According to the media release, only four-bedroom premium plus units are left to be sold.
