Zions Bancorp (ZION) Monday night reported Q3 net income of $1.37 per diluted share compared with $1.13 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.17.

Revenue, calculated as the sum of net interest income and non-interest income, was $792 million during the three months ended Sept. 30, compared with $765 million for the bank company a year ago.

Analysts expected $778.6 million.
