Willas-Array Electronics (SGX:BDR, HKG:0854) has changed its financial year end date to Dec. 31 from March 31 previously, a Monday bourse filing said.
In line with the change, the firm's upcoming financial statements will be published for the nine-month period ending Dec. 31.
The change comes about in order to align the company's year-end date with that of Shanghai YCT Electronics Group (SHE:301099), of which the firm has recently become an indirect unit.
