Century Legend's (HKG:0079) two substantial shareholders have agreed to transfer all of their shares in the company to ST (79), another substantial shareholder, a Monday filing said.

Szeto (Amusement) and Barsmark have agreed to transfer all of their 50,996,250 shares and 19,329,195 shares of the company respectively to ST (79), representing a total of 21.57% of the entire issued share capital of the company.

After the transfer, ST (79) will hold 158,601,022 shares of the company, representing 48.64% of the entire issued share capital of the company.

Furthermore, the three parties which own ST Investments which owns Barsmark and ST (79), have proposed to transfer all of their shareholding in ST Investments to Samuel Tsang, Sylvia Tsang, Hui Win Si Cici, and Hui Wun Gi.
