Xinchen China Power (HKG:1148) has appointed Zhang Wei as its chairman and an executive director effective Friday, a same-day bourse filing said.
Zhang has been an executive director and the executive vice president of the supply chain of Brilliance China Automotive (HKG:1114) since since Sept. 12, 2016, and Oct. 1, 2022, respectively.
Shares of the automotive engine manufacturer closed nearly 2% lower on Friday.
