Latitude Group Holdings (ASX:LFS) is deciding on its next move in relation to a court judgment on the company's allegedly misleading advertisements, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
On Oct. 18, the Federal Court of Australia found that Harvey Norman Holdings (ASX:HVN) and Latitude Financial made misleading advertisements about interest-free payments between January 2020 and August 2021. The court issued its declarations on Tuesday.
In a filing, Latitude Group said it is "considering its position, including whether to appeal" the decision.
Harvey Norman Holdings' shares were up more than 1% in recent Wednesday trade.
