Zhongliang Holdings Group (HKG:2772), along with its joint ventures and associates, recorded contracted sales of 1.60 billion yuan and contracted gross floor area of 143,000 square meters for October, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The group's contracted average selling price for the month came in at 11,200 yuan per square meter, the filing said.
For the 10 months ended Oct. 31, the group recorded contracted sales of 15.2 billion yuan and contracted gross floor area of about 1.4 million square meters, with the contracted average selling price coming in at 10,600 yuan per square meter.
